my room was a superior twin room. the included tv and mini-fridge added convenience. the shower was powerful in the spacious bathroom. the free wifi was fast.

the system for checking in seemed outdated. it caused a bit of a wait for the room key.

Fantastic Location and Clean Rooms!

I really enjoyed the central location near the main train station and metro stops. My room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. The shower was powerful. Hot water was always available.

The street outside can be a little noisy at times.

My room had air conditioning that worked very well, maintaining a comfortable temperature. The beds were comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. Fresh towels were provided daily. The soundproof windows blocked out most of the street noise!

The location was convenient. Many attractions were within walking distance, i found it easy to explore. i was able to leave my luggage before my room was ready, this allowed me to start exploring immediately. the staff were helpful with directions and suggestions for local restaurants. my room was much larger than i anticipated.

i noticed some minor wear and tear in the hallway but the room itself was fine.

The hotel is near public transportation places. This was convenient for getting around the city. tourist spots and many restaurants are a short walk away. Exploring the area was simple. rossio train station is located just behind the building. This offered easy access to regional travel.

the second floor featured a tea room that offered pod coffee, a good alternative to in-room kettles. a grocery store is right next to the hotel. the staff members were always smiling and kind, they created a friendly atmosphere.

My room was quiet and good. I enjoyed a peaceful stay. the window in my room opened, fresh air was readily available! the room was clean and neat all the time, housekeeping maintained it well.
